What to include
A short message is enough. It helps to say who you are and which institution or organisation you represent, the problem or question you want to work on, whether data already exists and who holds it, and what kind of collaboration you have in mind — a study, a pilot, a student project, or advice.
When we reply
The laboratory is staffed during university working days. Messages that arrive during the semestral break or the enrolment period may take longer, so please allow a few working days before following up.
