What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not build visitor profiles. It does not ask you to register, log in, or submit a form.
This notice explains what happens to personal information when you visit this website or write to the laboratory. It is short, because the website itself collects very little.

Contact links on this site open your own email application. If you write to an address published here, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. That correspondence is used to answer your inquiry and to manage the research or partnership matter it concerns — nothing else.
Messages relevant to research collaboration, ethics, or institutional matters may be shared with the relevant WVSU office or partner. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for marketing.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the matter at hand, and afterwards in line with WVSU records-retention rules and applicable law.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask to access, correct, or erase personal information we hold about you, object to its processing, or lodge a complaint. Send requests to the laboratory and we will route them to the University's Data Protection Officer.
